IMPORTANT: The Spectra Service is currently COMPLETELY FREE during our beta period.
No subscriptions, payments, or charges are being collected at this time.
This Refund Policy will become applicable only if and when we introduce paid subscriptions in a future update. All users will be notified at least 30 days in advance before any monetization begins.

When will this policy apply?
Only after we officially launch paid subscriptions and notify all users in advance.
Introduction
This Refund Policy will apply to Subscription fees paid to Spectra ("we," "us," "our," or "Platform") for access to our copy trading service once paid subscriptions are introduced.
Please read this policy carefully before subscribing (when subscriptions become available).
By subscribing to the Service (in the future), you will acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
1. General Refund Policy
NOTE: This section applies only when paid subscriptions are introduced.
1.1 No Refunds - Default Rule
ALL SUBSCRIPTION FEES WILL BE NON-REFUNDABLE BY DEFAULT (when subscriptions are launched).
Once charged, Subscription fees will generally not be refundable, except as specifically provided in this Refund Policy or as required by applicable law.
1.2 Why Fees Are Non-Refundable
Subscription fees grant you access to the Service for a specified period. Once access is provided, the service has been delivered, and refunds are not available.
1.3 Trading Losses Are Not Refundable
IMPORTANT: We do NOT provide refunds for:
- Trading losses or poor trading performance
- Losses caused by Traders you chose to copy
- Market volatility or unfavorable market conditions
- Your dissatisfaction with trading results
- Margin calls or account liquidations
You trade at your own risk. We are not responsible for trading outcomes.
2. Exceptions - When Refunds May Be Available
2.1 Service Unavailability
If the Platform is materially unavailable due to our fault for an extended period, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the period of unavailability.
Conditions
- Unavailability must be caused by our systems (not your Broker, internet provider, or device)
- Unavailability must exceed 48 consecutive hours
- You must report the issue to support within 7 days
- Refund is calculated pro-rata for the affected period only
NOT covered
- Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice)
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, acts of God, etc.)
- Third-party failures (Brokers, internet, cloud providers)
- Issues caused by your device, settings, or connectivity
2.2 Duplicate or Erroneous Charges
If you were charged twice for the same Subscription period due to our billing error, we will refund the duplicate charge.
You must report duplicate charges within 30 days.
2.3 Subscription Cancellation
Monthly Subscriptions:
- If you cancel, you retain access until the end of the current billing period
- No refund for the current period
- You will not be charged for subsequent periods
Annual Subscriptions:
- If you cancel within the first 14 days of the initial purchase AND have not actively used copy trading features, you may request a refund (at our discretion)
- After 14 days: no refunds for annual subscriptions
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period
2.4 Technical Errors Preventing Service Use
If a technical error on our end prevents you from accessing core features for more than 72 hours, and we cannot resolve it, you may request a pro-rated refund.
Conditions
- You must cooperate with our support team to troubleshoot
- Issue must be confirmed as a Platform error (not Broker, device, or user error)
- Request must be made within 7 days of the issue occurring
3. Refunds Are NOT Available For
We do NOT provide refunds in the following circumstances:
3.1 Trading-Related Issues
- Poor trading performance or losses
- Trader you copied performed poorly
- Your copy trading settings were misconfigured
- You didn't monitor your trades
- Market conditions were unfavorable
- Your Broker rejected trades or charged fees
3.2 User Error or Misconduct
- You violated our Terms of Service
- You provided inaccurate information
- You failed to secure your account
- You didn't understand how the Service works (after being provided information)
- You changed your mind after subscribing
3.3 External Factors
- Your Broker's issues, fees, or policies
- Your internet connectivity problems
- Your device malfunction or incompatibility
- Regulatory changes affecting your jurisdiction
- Bank or payment processor fees
3.4 Partial Use
- You used the Service for part of the Subscription period
- You didn't use certain features
- You were "too busy" to use the Service
3.5 AppStore / Google Play Subscriptions
If you subscribed through Apple AppStore or Google Play Store:
- Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google
- We cannot process refunds for AppStore or Google Play purchases
- Apple and Google have their own refund policies
- Contact Apple Support or Google Play Support for assistance
4. How to Request a Refund
4.1 Eligibility Check
Before requesting a refund, verify:
- Your situation qualifies under Section 2 (Exceptions)
- You are within the applicable time limit
- You have supporting evidence (screenshots, error logs, etc.)
4.2 Submission Process
To request a refund:

2. Provide Information:
- Account email address
- Transaction ID or invoice number
- Subscription period (dates)
- Detailed reason for refund request
- Supporting evidence (screenshots, error messages, etc.)
3. Wait for Review:
- We will respond within 7-14 business days
- We may request additional information
- Cooperate with our investigation
4.3 Time Limits
Refund requests must be submitted:
- Within 7 days for service unavailability or technical errors
- Within 30 days for duplicate charges
- Within 14 days for annual subscription cancellation (initial period only)
Late requests will be denied.
5. Refund Processing
5.1 Decision
After reviewing your request, we will:
- Approve the refund (full or partial), OR
- Deny the refund with explanation
Our decision is based on:
- Whether your situation qualifies under this policy
- Evidence provided
- Account usage history
- Good faith assessment
5.2 Approval and Payment
If approved:
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 7-14 business days from approval
- Bank processing may take additional 3-10 business days
- You will receive email confirmation
5.3 Pro-Rated Refunds
Pro-rated refunds are calculated as:
Refund = (Subscription Fee) × (Unused Days / Total Days in Period)
Minimum refund: USD $5 (refunds below this amount may not be processed)
5.4 Partial Refunds
We may offer partial refunds or Service credits at our discretion.
6. What Refunds Do NOT Cover
Refunds do NOT include:
- Third-party fees: Payment processor fees, bank charges, currency conversion fees
- Trading losses: Any financial losses from trading activity
- Opportunity costs: Missed trading opportunities or potential profits
- Broker fees: Commissions, spreads, or fees charged by your Broker
- Consequential damages: Any indirect or consequential losses
You cannot claim compensation beyond the Subscription fee itself.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
7.1 Contact Us First
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, please contact us. We're committed to resolving issues fairly.
7.2 Chargeback Consequences
If you initiate a chargeback:
- Your account may be immediately suspended or terminated
- We may dispute the chargeback with evidence of service delivery
- We reserve the right to ban you from future use
- You may be liable for our costs in responding to the chargeback
7.3 Fraudulent Chargebacks
Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks after receiving service may result in:
- Account termination
- Legal action to recover fees and costs
- Reporting to fraud prevention services
8. Subscription Management
8.1 Cancellation
You can cancel your Subscription at any time through:
- App settings
- Account management page
- Contacting support
8.2 Effect of Cancellation
Upon cancellation:
- Access continues until the end of the current billing period
- No refund for the current period
- Automatic renewal is disabled
- No future charges
8.3 Reactivation
You can reactivate your Subscription at any time by subscribing again.
9. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
9.1 Free Trial Refunds
Free trials are free - no refunds are necessary or provided.
9.2 Canceling During Free Trial
Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged for a Subscription.
9.3 Promotional Discounts
Promotional prices are non-refundable, even if you later find a better offer.
10. Changes to This Policy
10.1 Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Changes will be effective when posted, with the updated "Last Updated" date.
10.2 Notification
We will notify you of material changes by:
- Email notification
- In-app notification
- Posting on the Platform
10.3 Your Acceptance
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
11. Jurisdictional Requirements
11.1 Consumer Protection Laws
Some jurisdictions have consumer protection laws that override this policy. If you are located in such a jurisdiction, you may have additional refund rights.
11.2 EU Consumer Rights
EU residents have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases under the Consumer Rights Directive. However, by actively using the Service, you may waive this right.
11.3 Australian Consumer Law
Australian residents have rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

13.3 Governing Law
This Refund Policy is subject to the same governing law and dispute resolution provisions as our Terms of Service (UAE law, Dubai jurisdiction).

- Subscription fees are generally NON-REFUNDABLE

- AppStore/Google Play subscriptions must be refunded through Apple/Google

- You agree that Subscription fees are generally non-refundable
- You understand that trading losses are not grounds for refunds
- You will not dispute charges for services properly delivered
